Our baseball/softball program is designed specifically to increase arm speed, bat speed, power, and strength within the game. We include top speed training as well!
Jump Academy
Our jump program is designed to increase jump outputs, power off the ground, and explosivness in the air.
Our 12 and under program, and group program is our most basic program. Working on movement, basic patterns, etc... This is always great for those that have never been in a strength program or don't need/want a specialty program.
We are running a new 6-week speed program designed to help athletes improve their explosiveness and break-away speed. Whether you are a team sport athlete or track runner, our program is designed to help you take your speed to the next level.
This speed program will be tailored to your individual speed profile. We understand that every athlete is unique, and that's why this program is customized to fit your specific needs and abilities.
Here's what you can expect from our 6-week speed program:
Individualized Assessment: Before starting the program, we'll conduct a comprehensive speed assessment to determine your early acceleration, late acceleration, and max velocity capacities. Through the assessment, we will be able to predict the improvement you will see after the 6-week program. Your assessment will be utilized to develop your speed programming. A sample assessment is shown below.
Personalized Training Plans: Based on your assessment results, we'll develop a personalized training plan that is tailored to your needs and goals. Your plan will include speed, power, sprint mechanics, and plyometric exercises.
Expert Coaching: Our team of experienced coaches has worked with athletes at all levels, from amateur to professional. We'll provide you with expert guidance and support every step of the way, ensuring that you stay on track and reach your goals.
Progressive Training: Our program is designed to be progressive, meaning that your workouts will increase in intensity and complexity as you progress through the program. This ensures that you continue to see improvements in your speed and performance over the course of the program.
Tracking: Throughout the program, we will track your peak speed to ensure you are progressing. At the end of the 6 weeks, we will perform a speed test to illustrate your progress.
Weight Lifting: YES! We will do strength training.

Each Speed Program comes with the following technology, tools, and profiles.
USR PROFILE
A USR Profile allows you to track your top sprint MPH, rank you locally and nationall for your age, and provide a community of athletes pushing their limits.
Firypod GPS System
We will provide the most accuarte GPS data on the market. Athletes are tracked via a FiyrPod GPS tracking system during each sprint.
Vald Performance
The other element to speed is POWER outputs. We will be tracking and creating a profile for your athelte with output sports. This tracks lifts, jumps, etc..
Custom Profiling
Speed needs to be individualized. Your athlete will be tested then provided with a customized speed program!
Weekly Testing
We test weekly. Speed needs to be performed weekly! You and/or your athelte will get weekly feedback to how they are doing.

Hey there! Nick Jarosh here the owner, founder, and head trainer for our program. I have been lucky enough to train athletes and adults for over 15 years now. I carry just about every certification you can think off and contiune YEARLY to improving our program to become the best it can be!
How many days a week are the programs?
Each program is different. Our speed program is 3x a week and you can pick any day Monday through Friday. Our specialty programs are also 3X a week. Our 12 and under program or group program is 2x a week; you can pick any two days. You'll want to determine what is best for you as we do different things on different days.
Can I do this program if I do lifting at the school?
100% you can. We encourage all our athletes to lift at the schools. We work with main lift schedules and fill the buckets that the schools don't have time to hit. For example a baseball/softball player might need more arm work.
What kind of results can I see in 3 months?
I am never here to guarantee any type of results. It depends on the athlete's attendance, recovery, and work within the facility.
On average we have seen 1-2 MPH increases for our speed program. Our sports-specific programs have results based on what the athlete wants.
What are the class times?
